Local Building Development - We would like to advise our Guests that there is a new high rise apartment building being constructed next door to Quest Southbank. The Builder has advised that every effort will be made to minimise noise and disruption to local residents. The Builder’s construction works will operate between the hours of 7am to 4pm – Monday to Saturday. Quest Southbank have put in place a number of processes to minimise any disruptions.
